In 2022 Bupa Optical engaged DBZ to reimagine and redesign its Recall and Reminders customer journey – focusing on getting more people back to Bupa Optical to ensure they delivered on their mission ‘delivering the best eye heath and eyewear.’

Bupa Optical was experiencing declining customer participation and overall conversion. Their customer base had a poor understanding of the vast range of eye wear products on offer.

Our Approach

We built an end-to-end customer journey and true Omni-Channel experience that worked seamlessly across all of Bupa Optical’s channels – Email, SMS, Direct Mail, In Store and their Contact Centre.
